We’re expanding your sales potential! Join UP! Polska launches the “Golden Years” promotion for travelers aged 60 and above. It’s a great way to reach a mature audience and offer them added value: a 3% discount.

Who Qualifies for the Promotion?
The promotion is available to individual Join UP! clients who are at least 60 years old on the day of departure.
As long as the traveler meets the age requirement and is a participant in the trip, the discount applies. Other participants under 60 years of age will not receive the discount.
When Can You Sell with the Discount? 📆
The promotion applies to trips with departure dates during the following periods:
- 01.12.2025 – 14.12.2025
- 04.05.2026 – 27.05.2026
- 08.06.2026 – 18.06.2026
- 01.10.2026 – 31.10.2026
Bookings must be confirmed within the promotion period:
from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026.
How Is the Discount Applied? ✅
- The 3% discount is calculated from the base price of the travel package (excluding TFG/TFP fees, insurance, and other additional costs).
- It applies only to the eligible traveler aged 60+.
- It is not valid for optional (unconfirmed) bookings or for discount requests submitted after the client’s departure.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or group offers.
What Should the Agent Do? ✉️
To activate the discount, the agent must:
- Confirm that the client meets the promotion criteria.
- Within 7 days of booking confirmation, send an email to: promocja@joinup.pl
- Use the subject line: Golden Years
- Include the confirmed, unused booking number in the message body.
📌 The discount will be applied within 7 business days of receiving the correct submission.
Important Notes to Keep in Mind
- Not valid for group bookings (over 20 full-paying travelers).
- Does not apply to standalone airline tickets or tailor-made trips.
- Promotion is subject to availability in hotels and flights.
- Any changes or cancellations of the promotion will be publicly communicated.
